An ATM surcharge fee, sometimes called a convenience fee, is the fee the owner of the ATM machine assesses to the cardholders who are not customers of the financial institution who owns the ATM. Based on your account plan, you may be assessed a transaction fee for withdrawals at machines not in the MoneyPass® Network.
