Premier Bank lenders have in excess of 730 million dollars in
their loan portfolios. Loans to any one client in excess of 10
million dollars are not unusual. They are supported by
exceptional team members. All our team members share in
attractive bonus and profit sharing programs. We believe
motivated employees will strive to serve our clients more
responsively. If our clients are well served we will retain them as clients.

We at Premier Banks are not pompous. Premier Bankers are
readily accessible. We don’t take ourselves too seriously.
We do however, treat our clients very seriously. It is
reflected in our client retention and our dramatic, steady
growth.
We at Premier Banks have over 33 years of experience. We
commenced operations in 1974 as Maplewood State Bank at
White Bear Avenue and Beam Avenue in a doublewide trailer.
We were the smallest of Minnesota’s 714 Banks with 1.5
million dollars in capital and no clients.
Today our combined assets exceed 850 million dollars,
supported by 89 million in capital. Our combined assets now
place us among the ten largest of the 430 surviving
Minnesota-based banks. We changed our name to Premier Banks
to reflect our diversity. Premier Banks team members now
serve clients from 24 locations. Most of our profits are
retained in our banks to sustain and enhance client growth.

Premier Banks are not for sale. Almost
all our team members, except for our aging chairman, are
young though experienced, responsive, creative and untiring.
