Service and
accountability are Premier values. We greatly appreciate the work
being done by our local nonprofit and faith-based agencies and want
to facilitate their success. We feel that nonprofit and faith based
organizations are excellent channels to better the lives of the
people in our communities.
Social responsibility is a high priority not only for Premier Banks,
but also for the many individuals on the Premier Banks team. In
2005, Chairman Don Regan was a finalist in the Leading with Faith
Award by the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis. Also, in 2006
Premier Banks were awarded the University of St. Thomas Business of
the Year Award and the Minnesota Business Ethics Award.
We take pride in our track record with nonprofit and faith-based
organizations. Costume for a Cure, Relay for Life, Hearts and
Hammers, Ringing Bells for the Salvation Army, Gifts for
Grandparents, Adopt-a-Family, Wear Red Day for the American Heart
Association, Bridging and the United Way are examples of bank wide
initiatives. In addition, Premier People take on leadership roles in
many of our schools, churches, chambers, communities and innumerable
nonprofit boards.
Volunteering time and talent comes natural to the Premier Team as
this is a reflection of the attitude that makes us excel. An
attitude of service is as vital for Premier People in the office, as
it is at home with our families and in our communities. Whether it
be a deposit account or a lending relationship, we encourage
like-minded groups to discover Premier Banks. We take pride in
giving back to the communities we are so privileged to serve.
