Donald B. Regan, Chairman of the Board
Donald B. Regan is founder and Chairman of Premier Bank, Premier Bank Minnesota and Premier Bank Rochester, three bank charters that embody the family of 24 Premier Banks statewide. Born and raised in LeRoy, Minnesota, and owner/operator of a Ford Dealership at a young age, Mr. Regan has been involved in the school and charter bus industry, golf course development and commercial real estate. Donald Regan has been a banker for more than 30 years and is very involved in his church and supportive of many community initiatives. Don and his wife Jean have seven children, 21 grandchildren and have lived in North St. Paul, Minnesota for 48 years.

Corey R. Heimer, Premier Bank Rochester
Corey Heimer is President and CEO of Premier Bank Rochester. Corey joined Premier Banks in Maplewood in 2004 and then transferred to Rochester in April 2005. Prior to joining Premier Banks, Corey was employed at the University of St. Thomas for five years as the Assistant Director of Admissions. Corey and his family live in Byron. Corey is a leader with a strong work ethic and enjoys being involved in the community. Corey also attends the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking. Corey is an Adams, Minnesota native and a graduate of St. Thomas.

Mark E. Novitzki, Premier Bank
Mark Novitzki is President and CEO of Premier Bank. Mark has been with Premier Banks for over 20 years. Mark has a diverse loan portfolio, specializing in manufacturing, land development, and construction financing. Mark and his family live in New Brighton, and Mark offices out of Maplewood. Originally from Farmington and a graduate of Notre Dame, Mark has banking in his blood. “My father, a banker in Farmington for 42 years, taught me the value of hard work. I have grown up with Premier Banks, where a strong work ethic has afforded the bank strong growth from within. This sets our bank apart.”

Patrick D.Novitzki, Premier Bank Minnesota
Pat Novitzki, is President and CEO of Premier Bank Minnesota, and a thirty year veteran of the banking industry. Pat joined Premier Banks three years ago after a twenty-seven year career in Indiana that included co-founding a publicly traded de novo bank, as well as working in a community and regional bank environment. Those experiences forged Pat’s banking philosophy of a sales driven, credit organization with a primary focus on the client. Pat is a Farmington native and graduate of the University of Notre Dame.
