PPP Extension Signed Into Law
The extension of the Paycheck Protection Program has been signed into law. The new law allows borrowers to apply for loans through May 31, 2021 and gives the SBA until June 30, 2021 to consider applications. Second Draw PPP
The SBA and Treasury Department have now released SBA Form 2483-SD, the application for “Second Draw” PPP loans. The application can be accessed at this link.

The Restaurant Revitalization Fund
The Small Business Association has unveiled the opening dates for the Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF) which provides emergency assistance for eligible restaurants, bars, and other qualifying businesses impacted by COVID-19.
• Registration opens at 9 am (ET) on April 30, 2021.
• Application submissions start at NOON (ET) on May 3, 2021
