Premier Bank is looking for an Energetic and Dynamic Bank Operations Leadership Position!
Description of Position:
· Ability to think on your feet.
· Manage dynamic customer and employee relationships.
· Execute a growth plan.
· Oversee branch operations.
· Provide excellent customer service.
We are Looking for the Right Person to Fill this Position Who is:
Job Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent experience in banking, business, finance, accounting or related field
· Three to six years experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience with preferred three years experience in a supervisory capacity.
· Thorough knowledge of bank operations, products, and services as well as bank compliance and regulatory knowledge.
· Strong customer service, communication and supervisory skills.
Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to sit and/or stand for up to 40 hours per week or more.
· Must be able to repeatedly bend, twist, kneel/squat and reach overhead
· Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
· Must be able to push/pull up to 20 lbs.
Shift:
Monday – Friday 7:45 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and Saturday rotation 8:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
