Transfers & Payments

 

Transfers & Payments is where you can make or schedule transfers to other accounts at Premier Bank, as well as make loan payments.

  • Use the Transfer Money tile to transfer between your own accounts. Payments can be future dated and scheduled with a variety of different frequencies. If you have a line of credit, this is where you can advance funds.
  • The Account to Account Transfer tile is used to transfer money to someone else that banks with Premier Bank. Transfers can be set up as one-time only, or they can be recurring and future dated.
  • Loan payments are easily scheduled and made here. You are also shown the key details of the loan you are paying prior to making the payment.

 

Your online specific activity can also be viewed, filtered, sorted, downloaded or printed from the Online Activity tile.

Business Banking

Within the Business Banking tab, there are many tools that help you move money, combat fraud, manage permissions and limits on your account, as well as monitor activity with a host of new reporting options.

  • Payments & Transfers
    • Positive Pay helps you take control of fighting fraud by monitoring the checks and ACH items clearing your account. The new addition of payee matching makes this a powerful tool to ensure you don’t have fraudulent or washed checks clearing your account without knowing about it.
    • The Payments hub contains a robust and powerful set of tools where you can initiate ACH payments as well as all wire activity.
    • ACH Pass-Thru is where you can import and process ACH files with just a couple of clicks.
    • In the Wire Activity center, you’ll be able to view, filter and sort incoming and outgoing wire activity by several criteria.
    • The Recipients tile allows you to add, manage and view payment history for your payment recipients.

  • Business Management
    • The Reports center gives you new options for fast and impressive insight into all the activity in your business. Create, schedule, run, and save reports to stay current with your finances. The reports that you create can be specific to your user, or they can be shared and accessed by other users with the company.

Services

Account Services is a self-service center for eStatements, ordering your own checks, stopping payment on checks and seeking help for Digital Banking topics.

  • Account Services
    • View and download statements for multiple accounts all at once and faster than ever.
    • Stopping payment on a single check or a range of checks is easy and convenient.
    • Placing your own check reorders through Deluxe is now an option within Digital Banking. You’ll be rerouted to the Deluxe website where any previous orders will be populated to expedite the reorder process.

  • Connect With Us
    • The ATMs and Branches tile will reroute you to our website where you can see all of our branches and ATM locations.
    • The Help tile will reroute you to a website hosted by our vendor. There you’ll find a tremendous amount of content and insight into Digital Banking functionality.

Settings

The Settings menu allows you to create and manage alerts, manage security, and set preferences for how your digital experience displays.

  • Messages & Alerts
    • Create alerts for different kinds of transaction activity and the frequency with which you’d like to receive them. Delivery options include email, phone call, text, and secure message.

  • Security
    • Update your password, your login ID, and the 2-Factor Authentication information to access your account and keep it secure.

  • Preferences
    • The Homepage Preferences tile allows you to toggle quick links on and off for your homepage experience. As examples, options include a quick transfer tool, your favorite reports in one place, and a hub for any outstanding Positive Pay approvals.
    • Customize Account Preferences by organizing accounts in a specific order, add an account nickname, and select which account details to display on the homepage.
    • Accessibility will allow you to enable a high contrast mode for an enhanced viewing experience.

Messages

The Messages center is where you can send and receive secure messages with Premier Bank. You can route messages to the appropriate department, and you can include attachments. If you’re unsure where your message should go, don’t worry! We’ll ensure you’re well taken care of by the appropriate banker and get back to you in a timely manner.

    • Accessibility will allow you to enable a high contrast mode for an enhanced viewing experience.
    • Address Management provides the ability to change your physical address, as well as your mailing address. This might be very useful, for example, when managing your mail if you were to spend winters away from home.
    • Manage Accounts allows you to select up to five favorite accounts to display immediately on the homepage. You can then rearrange the display order as well as change the nickname of the accounts.
    • Statement Delivery gives the ability to change your statement preferences between paper statements and eStatement. You can also manage the email you’d like eStatements delivered to. Please reference your account terms and conditions for any applicable paper statement fees.
