Sean O. Regan, Chair of Premier Bank, has been with Premier since 1987. He was educated at Notre Dame, the University of Minnesota, and at the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking. Among other duties, Sean works as a commercial lender officing out of Maplewood, serving business principals and investors with commercial borrowing needs and strategic business planning. He lives with his wife Mary and their three children in the Macalester Groveland area of St. Paul.

Andrew Nath is the Vice Chair & President of Premier Bank; he has served Premier Banks since 1993. Andrew was born and raised on the island of Trinidad in the West Indies. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota, his Master’s degree from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota, and his Certificate of Strategy & Innovation from Carlson School of Management. Andrew specializes in commercial lending, strategic guidance and organizational leadership.

Katie J. (Regan) Nath, J.D. is Chair of PB Bancshares, Inc., the bank holding company for Premier Bank in Maplewood, MN. As in-house counsel for Premier Banks, Katie brings a wealth of valuable experience to this position, and to her role on the Board of Premier Bank Minnesota. 

Jeffrey D. Hatton, CEO, is a graduate of Richfield H.S., the University of St. Thomas and the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, WI. Jeff joined the Premier Banks family as a management trainee in 1990 and has enjoyed being a community banker ever since. Jeff currently resides with his family in Bloomington, MN.

Brian L. Carnes is President of Premier Bank Roseville and Chief Credit Officer of Premier Bank and Premier Bank Minnesota. In 2002, Brian joined Premier Banks in the 2004 after working with the FDIC for six years as a bank examiner. Brian served in the United States Navy after graduating from high school. Brian attended Saint Cloud State University where he graduated with a double major in Finance and Economics. He and his family currently reside in Vadnais Height.  Brian believes in the community banking model and enjoys the flexibility it affords in working with customers to help solve their financing needs.

Penny J. Hults, manager of Cash Management Services, began her banking career at Premier Banks in 1988. Penny is originally from South Dakota, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Education from Augustana College (now Augustana University). Penny was recognized as a 2014 Top Woman in Finance by Finance and Commerce Magazine. Penny and her family live in Oakdale, Minnesota, where she is involved in the music ministry at her church, as well as with the Tanzanian Mission Group. Penny was excited to receive Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) designation in 2018.

Jeffrey W. Miller, CPA is the CFO of Premier Bank and Premier Bank Minnesota. In this role, Jeff is responsible for the overall financial management of the bank charters, including accounting, balance sheet management, financial planning and analysis, investments and tax. Jeff joined Premier Banks in 2019 after spending over nine years in public accounting. Jeff graduated from Saint Mary’s University and earned his Certified Public Account license (CPA) shortly after graduation. Jeff and his family currently live in Lake Elmo, Minnesota. 

Kelly J. Regan is Vice President of Marketing, a Director at Premier Banks, and VP of PB Bancshares, Inc. She was educated at St. Mary’s of Notre Dame, the University of San Diego, with post graduate studies at the U.S. International University and The National Autonomous University of Mexico. She was named Top Woman in Finance by Twin Cities Business Magazine in 2012 and in 2023 received The Distinguished Alumni Award by Hill-Murray School for her work in service to the community. Kelly enjoys golf, skiing, literature, and travel, especially to spend time with her grown family.

Heather A. Johnson is Vice President, Human Resources, and Retail Branch Manager of Premier Bank. She joined Premier Banks in 2013 and has worked within local banking for over 30 years. Heather was born and raised in Duluth, Minnesota before relocating in 2013. She attended Concordia University, St. Paul for both her bachelor’s and master’s in Management. Heather has been an active board member of Minnesota Bankers Association Employee Benefits Trust and served as board Chair. Heather and her family currently live north of the Metro and when not working can be found enjoying the outdoors up north.  

Patrick O. Regan has been active at Premier Bank since its inception in 1974. He became a founding director of Premier Bank Minnesota in 1990 and was elected Chair in 2018. Pat has spent over 40 years as an owner-operator of Minnesota Coaches, Inc. and affiliated school and charter bus companies. He is also an active commercial real estate developer. Pat and his wife Mary are longtime residents of Hastings and have been blessed with four children and thirteen grandchildren.

Casey O. Regan is CEO of Premier Bank Minnesota. In 2002, Casey joined Premier Banks in a summer internship program and became a full-time employee upon graduation from the University of St. Thomas in 2004. In the ensuing years, he has been a management trainee, loan officer, and bank manager. In January 2007, he was appointed Premier Bank Hastings President. In October 2010, he was promoted to President of the South Area of Premier Bank Minnesota. Casey assumed the role of CEO in March 2012. Casey and his family live in Maplewood, Minnesota.

Corey R. Heimer is President of Premier Bank Minnesota. He joined Premier Bank’s Maplewood office in 2004 and then transferred to Rochester in April 2005. Prior to joining us, Corey was employed at the University of St. Thomas for five years as the Assistant Director of Admissions. Corey is a leader with a strong work ethic and enjoys being involved in the community. He was raised in Adams, Minnesota and is a graduate of St. Thomas. Corey and his family live in Byron, Minnesota.

Michael C. Mattingly serves as General Counsel for Premier Bank and Premier Bank Minnesota and is a member of the Board of Directors of Premier Bank Minnesota. He received his BA from the University of Notre Dame in 2010 and his JD from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2013. Michael has been with Premier for over 10 years. 

Frank Streit is the Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer, and Board Member of Premier Bank Minnesota.  He joined Premier Banks in 1999 and transferred to Rochester in September 2002 and continues to be based in Rochester.  Frank is a graduate of the University of St Thomas and the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, WI.  Frank and his family live in Mazeppa, Minnesota. 

Jennifer J. Gowin is Executive Vice President, Operations and Commercial Loan Officer of Premier Bank Minnesota. She joined Premier Banks in 2006 and is based in Rochester, Minnesota. Jennifer J. Jennifer is actively engaged in the Rochester community. She currently serves on The Reading Center Board, the SE MN Chapter 346 National Women in Construction Board (NAWIC) and serves on committees for the Rochester Chapter of the American Businesswomen’s Association (ABWA). Jennifer is a graduate of St. Cloud State University and the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, WI. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
