Satisfy customer banking needs by completing a variety of administrative and operational tasks including processing wires, processing stop payments, OD/NSF’s, providing customer service by phone for internal and external customers, balancing / reconciling branch capture/remote deposit capture transactions. Tasks are completed in accordance with Premier Banks standards, policies, and procedures. Provide quality service standards for both internal and external customers.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Position requires at least one year of customer service experience
- Candidates must have excellent 10 key skills, including speed and accuracy

Hours:
Position will be 40 hours per week Monday through Friday during the day shift and shifts may vary.
