Provide quality service standards in all interactions with both internal and external customers. Actively pursue referral opportunities to address each customer's financial needs. Assist with new account role: opening and closing accounts, maintenance requests, and customer service.

- Position requires one year of previous bank teller experience, cash handling experience and customer service experience. Experience in opening and closing accounts is a plus.

Looking to add another compliance officer to our team! This position will report to the Chief Compliance Officer and will develop, administer, and monitor programs for compliance with laws, regulations and rules governing operations and product offerings with our deposit and loan products.
Position consists of the following accountabilities:
- Compliance Program Administration

- CRA Officer and Program Administration

Job Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Compliance, Finance or other business related field.
- 2-4 years banking compliance, audit, operations, account monitoring or related work experience.
- Working knowledge of the laws and regulations relating to lending and deposits.
- Solid Communication Skills which include verbal, written and listening skills.
- Working knowledge of computer software (i.e. Windows, Microsoft Office, Teams)
- Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions
