Position Description:
The New Accounts Representative / Receptionist will be responsible for promoting business for the Bank by delivering a superb customer service experience to our existing clients and to potential clients both in person and by telephone. Individual will be responsible for possessing knowledge of bank products and services.
Duties include:
- Processing all new account transactions
- Answering and directing incoming calls as well as providing professional service and direction to bank visitors

Position Description:
Manage the daily operations of the branch in a manner that is consistent with bank policies while maximizing bank profits. Provide overall leadership to staff that communicates the goals and mission of the bank, while supporting the needs and vision of the Branch President.
Accountabilities:
- Management
- Regulate staffing within the branch to optimize the level of customer service; while tracking branch productivity and being mindful of the branch/bank budget.

- Ensure the branch maintains all regulatory compliance standards; must follow and adhere to all policies and procedures set in place by Premier Bank.

- Actively participate in any marketing of a product or service for Premier Bank; lead by example.
- Back up all positions within the office setting as necessary including but not limited to teller and new accounts.
- Refer loan customers as appropriate; personal, commercial or mortgage.
- Play an active role in community affairs and organizations demonstrating the bank’s commitment to their communities.
- Reporting
- Maintain documentation for all audit purposes; follow guidelines for Operation Audits, Daily and Monthly Maintenance Reports, and Month End Reporting.
